I believe that work inspires work. One idea leads to another—the love of making things and the desire to do better, to push ahead—excites me.
In my studio, I approach each piece with a deep respect for the materials and a commitment to craftsmanship.
Living in the Hudson Valley, surrounded by forests and rivers, I find inspiration in the changing seasons and the natural beauty that defines this region. This connection to nature informs my work, grounding it in a sense of place and purpose.
Nature is not singular. What we find is that context matters. In its vastness, seeing things clearly often requires juxtaposition: one thing becomes more itself in relation to another. Through my sculptures and furniture, I aim to create pieces that resonate on a deeper level. Because ultimately I want people to connect with the work in the spirit in which it was made… that there is a simple, pervasive love of creation,
